New update ruined game?

Hello,

So as much as I love everything in the new update ever since it came out I've had nothing but problems, completely de-motivated to play as these issues are destroying my rank and i was wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same thing.
I've always had a good connection to RL servers and rarely experienced lag, but since this latest update I get massive frame drops and freezes in the menu and in game I get poor connection even with good ping (under 30) and even input delay from my controller. Which I have never had before and I have tested my own connection and hardware on different games and everything is fine so is anybody else getting this or is it just a problem on my end?

Any help will be apprecited.

Why Is Gaming Culture So Toxic?

Hello,

Toxicity is a constant in online games. It manifests in many ways: Racist trash-talking in the latest online shooter, explicit comments when a woman enters voice chat, and bullying teammates over perceived failures are all rife in today's pwnage servers. Toxicity has pushed me away from some of my favorite games, as the fun of mastering the mechanics is quickly soured by someone griefing my team or shouting abuse at me for missing a shot. It's gotten to the point where I find single-player games much more relaxing, and I know that I'm not alone. So why are online gamers so toxic? And what can be done to mitigate this behavior?

Any help will be apprecited.

Windows 8.1 WoW low memory problems.

Hello,

I recently updated my Windows version from 8 to 8.1. Since then whenever I run WoW I get constant low memory warnings that I never had before. I have 12GB of RAM and when I check Task Manager, with WoW running in the background, I only have 35% total memory usage so I shouldn't have these problems. I have updated Drivers and all relevant Window updates as well.

Any help will be apprecited.

World Of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria 5.4

Hello,

Have been running World of Warcraft perfectly with tridef - since last nights update to 5.4 (Seige of Org) its not longer letting Tridef hook into it and giving me "This game did not use Direct 3d 9, 10 or 11. It may not be compatible with TriDef 3d Ignition" Error. Anyone else getting this error or know a possible fix?

Any help will be apprecited.

Unable to click anything in World of Warcraft

Hello,

After a quick search on the forums I have not found any information about this, but I hope there is information available none the less: I am finally able to run my World of Warcraft under linux using Cedega. Everything is fine and dandy. It installed without problems, it patched without problems, it runs without problems. Or actually, there is one tiny problem: I can't click any NPCs, mobs or objects in the game All the interface stuff works (buttons, items, etc) but in the actual gameworld, I can't even hover over anything (when I move my mouse over, for example, an NPC, the NPC does not glow slightly to make clear that it's being hovered over) This is rather irritating, because I can't play the game if I can't select NPCs. I can target people with /target <name> and probably using TAB to target mobs would also work, but if I can't click on a questgiver or vendor, the game gets very boring to play? Does anyone have a clue what might be causing this? I really want to get rid of Windows once and for all, but if I can't play WoW on Linux, I'll be forced to at least have a small windows partition ?

Hello,

Well. There are disturbingly large numbers of problems with this patch.
People have performance issues.
Holy paladins got absurd amounts of intellect from their artifact weapons.
Something is wrong with demonology warlocks making their damage too high.
Feral *might* have a similar issue.
Assassination rogues had one of their abilities so hilariously over-damaging that the ability was emergency disabled via hotfix.
The scaling is a mess in regards to item stats in many cases.
Old raids inexplicably had their bosses scaled too causing issues for the people who farm them for various reasons.
BRH in M+ is flat out broken.
And that's just a short list.

Hello,

I have some difficulties to run WoW Legion with TriDef 3D. First, the aspect ratio is not right. I'm using SBS mode, and the image is vertically stretched. And even if WoW runs on DirectX 9, the stretch options of triDef 3D can't be changed. I tried to create a custom resolution, but TriDef doesn't apply it in the game.Secondly, and that's a bit tricky for me because I don't know how to explain it but it seems that the 3D is weird in the game : it seems like... inverted. As if the elements in the foreground were in the background.
My setup :
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M
- Trinus PSVR on mouse mode
- HDMI connectors
- Control Panel settings of Tridef 3D : unchanged
- TriDef 3D 7.4
- Game Profile : World of Warcraft (of TriDef 3D Ignition)
- Windows 10 Home
- Desktop resolution : 1920x1080
- Game resolution : 1920x1080
- No error in both TriDef and game.

Hi,

After playing World of Warcraft, I have more interest in RPG games (used to just play FPS games). From what I heard, WoW isn't very deep RPG game (some say it's not an RPG?) and would like to play something with more detail and interaction.
I'm not really sure where to look. I have read excellent reviews for the Morrowind series, and a few other games but not sure what to expect. If it matters much I like the third person view like WoW, it's easier and less confusing for me.
Any suggestions?
